The Drop-off Zone for Problems 1, 5 & Primary has moved slightly up the hill to the Parking Area next to the basketball court behind the gym.
The Award Ceremony Parade line-up may be moved to the covered area by the Student Union only if rain is coming down at that time.
Make sure all your props, backdrops and costumes are as protected from the elements as possible and plan to keep things in your vehicles until about 45 minutes before your Long Term Performance time. You may need to carry items from the drop-off zones to your problem venues in the rain. There are not many convenient covered areas around campus to keep your things out of the wind and rain. The team entrances to the problem venues should be able to accommodate 1 or 2 teams at a time in somewhat protected staging/check-in areas. It will also be quite cold (high of 50 predicted) and you will be outdoors quite a bit so dress accordingly.
Please pass this information on to all of your team's parents, volunteers and invited spectators so they can find their way around!
